Hi i have receently found an 8 annas stamp paper. The paper.is watermarked 'Government of India' and someone has painted a picture over the writing on the front. Can you tell me a) exactly what it is i have and
B) is there any value?
It is in a frane so has been looked afer. The paper has aged with a slight brown colour to it and has a vety small tear at thr top.
If u can give me any information it would be appreciated
